Who you are dealing with

Sky Vegas is run by Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, which holds Gambling Commission of Great Britain licence 065519 for players in the United Kingdom and Isle of Man and Gibraltar Remote Gambling Licence 156. Sky Bet is a separate service run by SBG Sports Limited. Our general terms are written in English and follow the laws of England and Wales.

Opening one account

Registration is free. You give us your name, postal address, email, date of birth and phone number, and you keep them up to date in your account settings or through our team. Each person may hold a single account for all our services. If we find a second one, we can close it, cancel bonuses won on it and keep its balance.

Age and identity checks

You must be 18 or older. In Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man we confirm your name, address and date of birth before any deposit, withdrawal or game. A new UK account can deposit up to £1,500 in its first 30 days, and withdrawals open once full verification is done. We may ask for a passport, a driving licence, a birth certificate or proof of address.

Deposits and withdrawals

The smallest deposit is £5, and credit cards cannot be used, directly or through an online wallet. Money goes back to the method it came from under our Net Deposit rule. Our standard minimum withdrawal is £10, and a smaller remaining balance can be paid out in full through Customer Care.

Bonuses and offers

Each promotion has its own terms, and those terms win if they differ from the general rules. Every offer is limited to one per person, and we may change or end a promotion, giving notice wherever we can.

Fair use of your account

Play must be for your own benefit. Fraud, collusion, bots, shared accounts and attempts to hide your location are not allowed. Where we have good reason to suspect them, we can suspend the account while we look into it, cancel affected bets and hold back winnings.

Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you like. Take out your balance first or ask our team to return it to you. A negative balance has to be paid before the account closes.

Changes to these terms

We may update our terms, for example when the law or our regulatory duties change. We tell you about important changes by email or by a message in your account.
