The card or payment-service name must match your account name, and we accept no liability if you use funds that are not your own. Funds are available once your bank authorises the deposit; we are not liable if bank or provider approval is withheld. We may change the minimum without advance notice and publish the change. Deposit only for genuine gameplay, and change methods in your account or through our team.
Requesting a withdrawal
Open My Account, then Payments and Withdraw, or ask Customer Care. You can withdraw your available real-money balance once payments in have cleared without chargeback, reversal or cancellation and verification is complete to our reasonable satisfaction; delays in sending requested information can delay payment.
If a review of a game error, interruption or malfunction is ongoing or completed, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited activity, we may void affected transactions and withhold winnings, and for prohibited activity close the account. You receive confirmation when an eligible request is actioned.
Returning funds to your payment method
Our Net Deposit facility returns money to the method it came from, to meet regulatory requirements and combat money laundering, card theft and fraud. Each method shows deposits minus withdrawals over the previous 150 days; once every method is at zero or below, extra funds can go to any registered method. Historical credit-card deposits cannot go back to the credit card but may go to another registered method.
Removing a method needs the net amount on all methods at zero or below, or another amount we specify, and may depend on a replacement, routine security checks and documents showing the old method is inactive. Customer Care can help if you no longer hold a method with outstanding deposits.

Estimates are not a guaranteed payment time; arrival depends on your bank or payment service, and every route has the same withdrawal conditions. We may change minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts at our reasonable discretion and publish the changes. Transfers between customers’ accounts are not allowed, and you are responsible for reporting winnings and losses and paying any tax or levy due where local law requires.
Account use and fair play
Use your account only for lawful, personal and recreational gambling. Fraud, money laundering, third-party funding, collusion, cheating, exploiting faults, insider information, bots, artificial intelligence or player-assistance tools, account sharing, deliberate or fraudulent duplicate accounts, chargebacks, misleading registration details and disguising your location are prohibited, as are serious breaches such as staff harassment. We may examine concurrently running software to detect such tools, and you must not obstruct those checks.
We may also act on bankruptcy or similar proceedings, or on improper activity with another gambling service. Prohibited activity can lead to voided transactions, withheld winnings and suspension or closure of the account. Underage cases follow the underage rules above.
Investigations and restrictions
If we reasonably suspect prohibited activity, we may suspend the account without notice and freeze relevant stakes and winnings while we investigate; funds stay in the account but cannot be withdrawn, and you must cooperate fully. Depending on the outcome, we lift the suspension, or restrict or permanently close the account and may pass details to relevant authorities. A competent authority may also require this.
We may close an account at our reasonable discretion without advance notice or a reason. Contacting us about a suspected closure error does not guarantee reopening or further reasons.
Closing your account and remaining funds
You can close your account at any time and remain responsible for it until closure is confirmed on screen. Withdraw remaining funds first or ask customer services to return them; a negative balance is payable immediately and must be cleared first. Unsettled bets stand unless we are entitled to void them.
When we close an account, we return its balance, except where illegal or prohibited activity lets us withhold some or all of it and recover linked deposits, payouts, bonuses or winnings and our resulting costs. We may offset a positive balance, including on a duplicate account, against money you owe us.
Errors and malfunctions
If an error (a non-technical mistake such as incorrect odds, promotional prices or payout information) or a malfunction (an automated process not working as intended) credits winnings you would not otherwise have received, we may void the transaction and withhold them, even if a similar win was possible and whether or not anyone noticed at the time. Winnings already withdrawn must be repaid on request.
Stop using the affected service and report it immediately. Your rights under consumer law are unaffected.
Dormant balances
For UK customers only, an account becomes dormant after 24 consecutive months without activity; logging in reactivates it, and there is no dormant-account fee. Before reclassifying dormant funds, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email, and your rights to them are unchanged.
After 7 consecutive inactive years, the account and personal details are deleted, but you can still request a refund with evidence of the funds, subject to our right to withhold some or all of it.
